How long do I have to file a claim after an accident?

We recommend reporting a claim as soon as possible after the incident for timely processing.

What information do I need to file a claim?

Please provide details such as:

  • Date and location of the accident
  • Description of the incident
  • Involved parties' information
  • Photos of damage
  • Police report (if available)
How long does the claim process take?

The duration of the claims process varies depending on the complexity of the case. A claims representative will provide updates throughout the process.

Is a Police Report required?

A police report is recommended on claims involving bodily injury, vandalism, theft, fire and hit & run losses.
