ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Telemarketing/Prospecting;
  2. Conduct webinar trainings for our brokers;
  3. Provide technical assistance for uploading and servicing business on our broker system;
  4. Broker marketing follow-up;
  5. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
  6. Provide bi-lingual support to predominately Hispanic brokers;
  7. Continued cultivation of current company/partner’s Brokers;
  8. Answer and make outbound calls/emails with customers regarding their inquiries and feedback;
  9. Scheduling marketing appointments;
  10. Protect the Aspire General Insurance Services/partners brand and all its interests;
  11. Assist the Marketing Director and Marketing Representatives;
  12. Promote and represent Aspire General Insurance Services/partners to the insurance industry;
  13. Provide general administrative and clerical support including e-mailing, scanning, faxing and copying;
  14. Other duties as assigned.

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Strong marketing administrative qualities:
  2. Familiar with Microsoft Office; ability to use Internet and adapt to new software programs and
  3. changes in technology;
  4. High School diploma or GED required, and college degree preferred;
  5. A clear understanding of auto insurance industry practices, standards, terminology, and auto rating software systems preferred;
